The Website is intended for informational, promotional, and contact purposes. Its primary purpose is to present the activities of Skalisty Group sp. z o.o., in particular:

  • offers for the construction of artificial rock formations and themed decorations;

  • design, consulting, and construction services;

  • completed projects and a portfolio;

  • materials regarding the technologies used;

  • articles, news, and educational materials;

  • information about available job openings;

  • contact information and a form for submitting inquiries.

The Website also allows users to submit project inquiries and job applications.

3. No Contracts Concluded Through the Website

No contracts are concluded, orders placed, or payments made through the Website.

Information regarding services, completed projects, technologies, the anticipated scope of work, and execution capabilities is of a general nature. It does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code, a promise to execute a specific project, or a guarantee of its price, deadline, or feasibility.

Submitting a contact form, message, documentation, or request for a quote:

  • does not constitute the conclusion of a contract;

  • does not constitute acceptance of an order by Skalisty Group sp. z o.o.;

  • does not oblige either party to commence cooperation;

  • does not guarantee the preparation of an offer by a specific deadline.

Each project requires an individual technical, organizational, and financial analysis. Binding terms of cooperation are established outside the Website in a separate offer, order, or contract.

4. Rules for Using the Website

The User may use the Website solely in accordance with its intended purpose, applicable law, these Terms and Conditions, and generally accepted standards of conduct.

In particular, the following are prohibited:

  • providing content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes on the rights of third parties;

  • impersonating other persons or entities;

  • providing false or misleading information;

  • their submission does not infringe on the rights of third parties;

  • you may make them available to Skalisty Group sp. z o.o. for the purpose of reviewing an inquiry or application;

  • the materials do not contain malware or illegal content.

Submitting the materials does not transfer any economic copyrights to Skalisty Group sp. z o.o. However, the user authorizes their internal review and use to the extent necessary to:

  • analyze the inquiry;

The absence of a copyright symbol on any material does not constitute a waiver of copyright protection.

11. Trademarks and Logos

The names Skalisty, Skalisty Group, as well as the logos, word marks, slogans, and visual identity elements used, are owned by Skalisty Group sp. z o.o. and are protected under applicable laws.

The word mark “Skalisty Group” has been registered as a European Union trademark with the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) under application number 019369920.

Without prior written consent, it is prohibited to use our names, logos, and marks in a manner that:

  • suggests cooperation, authorization, or a business relationship;

  • that may mislead customers;

  • that infringes upon the brand’s reputation or recognition;

  • that is used to identify competing goods or services;

  • used unlawfully in domain names, profiles, advertisements, or metadata.

Names, logos, and trademarks belonging to investors, customers, or other entities remain the property of their respective owners. Their presentation in the portfolio serves solely to identify completed projects and does not imply a transfer of rights to these marks to Skalisty Group sp. z o.o.

12. Portfolio and Project Descriptions

The materials included in the portfolio serve to showcase the experience, scope of work performed, and technical and artistic capabilities of Skalisty Group sp. z o.o.

The scope of the company’s involvement may vary depending on the project and may include, among other things, design, consulting, structural fabrication, set construction, modeling, artistic finishing, or supervision.

The presentation of a project does not imply that Skalisty Group sp. z o.o. was responsible for all elements of the project. If other entities participated in the project, their rights remain unaffected.

The photos, videos, and project descriptions posted on the Website are the property of Skalisty Group sp. z o.o. or are used by it based on the appropriate rights.

13. Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to ensure that the information published on the Website is up-to-date, reliable, and accurate. The choice of Polish law does not deprive the consumer of the protection granted to them under the mandatory provisions of the country of their habitual residence.

Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent court in accordance with applicable law. This provision does not impose on the consumer a court other than that resulting from the provisions protecting their rights.

If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
