For Architectural Studios

We develop designs for artificial rocks, biotopes, and large-scale themed decorations for zoos, oceanariums, water parks, theme parks, museums, hotels, and commercial facilities. We work with architectural offices, specialist designers, general contractors, and investors, supporting them both at the first concept stage and during the preparation of construction documentation.

We begin theming design by understanding the function of the facility, the expected character of the space, and the technical requirements of the investment. We analyse architecture, installations, circulation routes, viewpoints, and the later use and servicing of the decorations. This means the designed scenography is not merely a visually attractive form, but an integral and functional part of the whole facility.

Concept based on execution knowledge

Our advantage is combining design with practical experience in building large-scale decorations. Already at the concept stage, we account for real execution possibilities, supporting-structure type, material properties, installation method, and work sequence. This reduces the risk of technical clashes, difficult-to-execute details, and costly changes in later investment stages.

The project scope may include artificial rocks, trees, grottos, waterfalls, coral reefs, sculptures, bas-reliefs, architectural reproductions, and zoological enclosure equipment. We design complete land and aquatic environments in which individual elements form a coherent narrative and support the function of the whole exhibition.

Documentation and trade coordination

Depending on the investment scope, we prepare concept designs, 3D models, construction drawings, sections, surface developments, structural assumptions, technology descriptions, and material specifications. The documentation can also include decoration anchoring methods, integration of water and electrical installations, service access, and connections to building elements.

During design work, we cooperate with architects, structural engineers, biologists, water technologists, and specialists from other trades. We analyse feedback, develop alternative solutions, and update the documentation until a coherent, executable concept is achieved. This model of cooperation makes it possible to combine theming aesthetics with the requirements of architecture, engineering, and future facility use.

We gained experience in designing complex investments, among others, during work on the theming of the Orientarium in Lodz. The project scope included indoor and outdoor enclosures, supporting structures, artificial rocks, trees, coral reefs, waterfalls, temple replicas, and equipment for animal spaces.
